Thank you to all the parents who have offered to help out
with Room 24. I’ve listed the different ways you can help below. Catch me
before or after school and I can set you up with something to do.
-We always have pencils that need sharpening. This can be
done at home or school.
-Ruling margins in our maths and language books.
-Shelving readers in the resource room. This is a half hour
job that needs to be done once a week.
-Gluing poems into poetry books.
-Throughout the rest of the term we will be doing a lot of
construction in class as we build our gingerbread house prototypes out of cardboard
and then the real thing out of gingerbread. Hands-on parent help will be
greatly appreciated with this. I’ll let you know dates of when this will happen
soon.
